Chapter one was a very interesting chapter. Now I know how journalism started in Poland as a way to rebel against the government. It shows the power the people has over the government; it puts in the term there is power in numbers. Including the modern times with emailing and computers if a person feel offended by the news or a certain reporter they can call or email the news reporter and voice their opinion. With modern times the news in my opinion has more power due to the advantages of the 21st century. They have numbers that the average Joe can call in and suggest news stories, from things that happen in their neighborhood or in their daily lives that may affect others.
